just fitted a m pump to a 605 which is going in a discovery 2 and got to sort fuel lines,wondering how much you need of old system i.e. fuel heater thermostat etc .is there a simple way to set up that wouldn't give any grief

discovery 2 fitted om605 m pump 7.5 elements 300 turbo at mo
c250 std at mo
off road buggy fitting om 606 turbo ? supercharger ? to follow

hy there,
depending on how much time and Money you have,
no Money and time : install M pump with lift pump, pay atention to air leaks in piping! use a whashable type (Metal)screen before lift pump.(or use the MB screen at MB 605 fuel filter assy) lift pump to filter , return lines from filter and IP to tank.
Plenty of time and Money: tank to electrical booster pump(BMW type are the best, able to 5BAR) use a press regulator valve set at 3BAR max. line goes to engine fuel heat exchanger at cyl head. then MB fue filter assy and MB stock instalation. use a overide swich for booster pump.
