Hi mao76. The best setup you can do is to take the complete exhaust manifold and turbos from a 335/535d and the injectors from the same car. There you have your 350hp.

There are three vacuum-controlled flaps, ecu hardware and software are different, than common 530d.
Do you ever read or heard, that any adjusts those flaps work ?

AMG turbine and ~63mm billet compressor is good combo.
+1000nm and +400hp, if you want to.
No sense to try to put bigger compressor.
The trouble is turbine flow, bigger compressor makes thing even worst.

Hp = torque (lbft)*rpm/5252: torque@2750rpm=413lbft=560Nm. At 25psi allowable boost* @ 2750 rpm.
Stock max torque: 410nm@1750rpm
*: max boost for the GTX3071 at 2750 rpm. More boost will result in surge.
If I would be you, put the charger in match bot and analyze, it will give you a much better picture
and GTX3071R will not give you a fast spool but it will give you power
garrett say that GTX is so good against surge but borg warner EFR is better look at them when you use the programe, well wurth the time in manny way, but some efficency need to be trade for

In this case twin entry will give faster spool if done right
try match bot and se what it give you, if you have a garrett turbo just plot the result in the compressor diagram after, and set the right swalowing value for turbine

I think could work if you modify the changeover valve betwhen the small and big turbo to pressure actuator.
Change the vacum controlled flap with the audi 3.0btdi checkvalve
and change the vacum wg on lp turbo to a standard pressure actuator.
Then i think you get some decent use of it....Think the biggest problem is the check flap that is vakum controlled

Practically from every stock 3L turbo´s it is possible to do 2363 hybrid, which supports ~400hp power.
Double turbo set do it as stock.

I was responding on a post earlier in the thread about the GTX not spooling fast. I predict you have full boost at 2500rpm on a 24v 3-liter 6cyl engine.
But you are right, no need for it. However I did not bring the GTX-turbo up, I just responded.then gtx not good for my bmw diesel
