Does anyone of you have some pictures of what you did with gaswire and the tps when converting go 603 IP? And is there anything else i Need to think about when converting to this pump? Will it be able to drive with only this pump while bying rest of the parts i need? (Turbo, manifold, exhaust++). gonna go for 7.5mm elements by the way. Thank you.

Thanks Smile didnt quire answer all the questions but some of them! Do someone have more pictures of the tps sensor? And can someone explain little bit more for me how you stop the engine after IP swap? Will it Need modification when i install a pump from om606 non turbo? (Rs203)

If a make a list of what i need it will be:
-convert to gaswire
-722.6 controller (is this neccesary?)
-vacum valve to shut off engine

Will everything else work like today? I know Cruisecontrol wont work, is there anything else?

Controller would be needed as you no longer have a working tps unless you could somehow hook the cable up to the existing pedal.

Okay so if the tps get the same movement as before, there is no need for the controller? All i Need then is this vacum valve for shutoff and gaswire?

You need TPS either way, 722.6 controller also works only with TPS. If you use mechanical pump then nothing works, maybe only ABS. Turbo also will not work because boost is controlled electronically, you need to change the wastegate actuator if you want to use original turbo with mechanical pump. You need 722.6 controller and TPS attached to it and gaswire to pump. Shut down valve is easy to make, you only need electrical solenoid.

What do you mean by nothing? Will everything in my instrument cluster work like before? Speed, rpm++?

So the list will be like:
-722.6 controller
-a working tps sensor
-vacum solenoid for shutoff
-mechanical turbo like hx40 (intern wastegate)
-gaswire from pedal to pump, and tps sensor

And if i understood correct about the solenoid shutoff. The power the ip gets now to shut down engine, should now go to the solenoid vacum valve and shut down the rs203 pump?

Thanks for answering many dumb questions  Tongue

Anyone knows exactly what i will loose when converting to mechanical pump? I understood that i will loose cruisecontrol, and the shutoff needs to be controlled with standalone shutoff-vacum valve. The gearbox may not work properly, and the soloution will be the custom controller from Ole Fejer.

Does anyone knows if the start function remain as before?
What about everything in the instrument cluster?
The aircondition?
ESP and ABS?

Anything else i will loose? I will really appriciate every answers from people converting to 603/606NA pump before. For me i will go for the RS203 pump, but i want to know 100% what i will loose and not before converting.
