Just picked up a 2005 e320 cdi. I also ordered a laptop and all the software/cables to reflash the ecu. However the computer is a piece of junk and it keeps crashing. I was able to load some software on my newer computer, but winols won't load on the newer one. So basically I was able to retrieve the ecu maps from the car, but as of now I have no way to edit them.
Long story short...does anyone have or know of a place to get edited files that I could just load into the car until I get an older computer with windows xp?
1981 300SD...Too much propane = bent rods. Junked
1980 240D...Body fell off. Saved drivetrain and junked
1985 300D...No.2 and N2O = 16.35@85mph. Sold
1999 E300TD...3" exhaust with banks muffler, Hx-35, 215hp tune, IP resistor box, bad crankshaft snout
2005 E320 CDI...AMG injectors, EGR removed, mapping
