(03-30-2015, 03:14 PM)mantahead hi,
i think your hitting the same limiter that i hit, it cuts fuel about 4800rpm.
i was told, it was the end of the scale in the ecu, and that the whole ecu map would need rescaled to get more rpm.
mine would rev to 6000rpm but fuel cut from 4800rpm

We will look into this. If it is true my chip tuner will solve it. I do have less, but around 320 HP from 4800 to 6000rpm. If it was a fuel cut, shouldn't it be 0 HP? Smile

My real problem now is the clutch pedal revlimit. I can not launch at dragraces because of the stupid 3800 rpm limiter...

UPDATE:
I managed to wire a switch to the clutch pedal "sensor" parallelly so now I can launch over 3800 rpm. Cool Smile

Was just browsing "C250 superturbodiesel" in google images and up came a picture from this thread of this upgrade. I see the OP used standard rubber sheathed hydraulic hose for the turbo oil feed. Just wondering if he had any issues with it getting scorched by either the exhaust or turbo exhaust housing as it looks to run right over the top of it/ very close.
I've got something vaguely similar (OPs rubber bits are closer to hot stuff than on my car) and am trying to decide if I'm happy with it safety wise- not much information as so how hot something will get say 2" away from the turbo exhaust housing...
