I have some parts to help you guys with your builds. I have a 606 short block and injectors, I'd be willing to selll the rods and/or pistons from. Also an IP injector pump pulled from a low mileage 92 350SDL, and the turbo from the same car. I also have a turbo from a 99 E300. One of each brand. PM me if you are interested

I'm using one. It works. It's shiny too.

Are you happy with it? What was your total cost and what was their turn around time?

Turnaround was fuct but that was a supply issue. They had 1st gen 7.5mm elements but all parties involved wanted to wait for Goran to send 7.5mm V2 elements.

The pump is 140cc W/external ALDA limiting max fuel to 90cc for now. The motor and turbo are stock for now, I have to sort some driveline issues 1st. The increase in power is unbelievable. Top gear (1:1 5th, 2.65 R&P stock tire height) accel from 70-90 is insane considering stock turbo.

I have a slight rolling idle on startup that stabilizes in ~5-8 seconds. This may be due to my request for nearly full fuel at 6000 rpm, rather than a lack of expertise.  The guy who does the Bosch inline pumps there was also known for working MW pumps when Tomnik was selling his 6.5mm elements.

As far as price, if the tuner doesn't post it, I won't post it. And I honestly don't remember.  I got it a good while back, the V2 elements came out a while ago. The only reason I installed it before putting the big turbo on was that I needed a pick-me-up because my clutch is bumming me out.

One more thing, the pressure lever or whatever it's called has to move farther back to return to idle. This means the throttle and cruise linkage would have held the throttle open if not adjusted to compensate. They would have held it open enough to damage the motor if it couldn't be turned off quickly enough. I think a lot of pumps are like that but nobody mentions it.

Update: now that the vane air flow sensor in the bottom of my airbox is gone, the rolling idle is gone. What I get for sticking a 90cc pump on a stock motor.

FYI

I'm shipping my exhaust manifold adapter to 50harleyrider on here, (UK to USA), and I'm using these people who quoted me £30GBP which I think is very cheap considering all the complaints I've heard about shipping.

It was a 4kg 200x200x200 parcel.

Possibly useful for those in USA who want dieselmeken IP's.

Beers.

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

Nice guy but you can buy all the parts direct. If you are looking for a package it might be an easy way to go. Particularly if he starts offering a bolt on intercooling solution for his hx30/pump 617 idea. Seems honest but not a car builder.
