I was looking (still didn't find it) for an oil leak near my turbo on my 300CD and found the plastic delivery line from the intake manifold was broken as well as filled with oil. Will replacing this help my fuel econmy? Because it's seems to have fallen of a bit. Or could oil be coming from here??? If not what does this do?

Boost line, tells the pump to up the fuel when the turbo kicks in. Carries air, not oil, although it gets full of soot from the EGR. Clean the soot out of the banjo bolt it connects to on the intake when you replace it.
