This morning I go out to start my 300sdl and I cranked it over and it didnt start. It usually starts instantly. I looked at the fuel and it was on empty. The engine is not getting fuel. My other 0m617 has a manual had pump to prime the engine in case of this situation but the om603 does not. My car didnt come with a manual and have yet to find one. What can I do to prime this pump to get it started?

Thanks,

Jon

The OM60x engines do not have a manual primer, you have to crank the engine.

The M-pump on the euro OM61x engines have one, it can be used by moving the car's suction hose.

if the problem is persistent, consider re-sealing the delivery valve holders. Or just always park ass end-up on a hill
