Hey!

If u use the original map sensor, boost is limited to 1.5bar.

If u get the 3 bar sensor (A0061539928) or 4 bar sensor (A0071530028), u can have all the boost the gt2256v can give. If u add better intercooler, cat/egr/flap delete, and get a good remapping, I think 200+ whp is possible.

If u want more power, u need AMG injektors, cp3 pump, and turbo upgrade.

i too have a 612, wich is my wife´s wheels . i was wondering what coud be done to tune it as my 605 over 300hp Wink
my question is about the CP3 and the AMG injector, rack regulator dada... well any CP3 does the trick or i should go after a specific one?
my current 612 injector can be retrofited to AMG spec? if so what has to be changed besides the nozzle?
a 2253 is not very performant, the 2359 fits perfectly on the 612 and if fitted with a custom compressor (msf 63) is able to deliver 3.5 absolute easyly.

Cp3 pump from C30AMG or 400cdi does the job, i think. Have not done this mod myself.

Injectors are difficult to rebuild, maybe Dieselmeken in Sweden can help, I don't know.

@boyt: get yourself a Bluetooth/wifi OBD adapter, and do some sensor output logging at full trottle on your smartphone. Very usefull tool, for very littel money.

Hi, I have 270cdi in my G-class equipped with Garrett GT2359v and remapped. Actual engine output is cca 160 Kw...I am planing to change also injectors and pump from 30cdi...I have water cooled intercooler...But there is little problem with boost under 2100rpm, also with a little overboots (not enough boost)...Do you think that custom compressor wheel will solve this problem? Where to buy that msf 63? thanks

Msf can be found in web. Just google it and u'll find one ! I have one of those and it rocks. But my gt23 never had problems spooling or boosting. At the moment it easyly climbs to 2.5 bar.
If u cant find who can do that for u pm me and try to help .

The engine already has the 30amg injectors and turbo from 320cdi which has bigger billet wheels, it has no cats or DPFs, and bigger intercooler, what would you run the boost at, 2.5 bar? Or too much
