Hi,

I am just wondering what people have done with converting the 3 bolt merc flange to a t3 flange? Does anyone else sell the adapters other than dieselpumpuk or do I have to get the 3 bolt flange machined up myself? I don't really fancy paying £160+ on a manifold adapter really...

Thanks

Lewis,
I bought an adapter from Hario in UK on here. PM him about your needs. He's a nice guy and will help you. He made a header. Look at his thread to see. You may want to go his route. Depending on your HP needs, a simple adapter on the oe manifold may not suffice. I went the adapter route because my HP requirement is only 250-300.

I have seen a cast 45 degree elbow to a t3 flange on another thread, I'm not sure if it was yours TurboTim? That was one way I was thinking of going with it.

At the moment I am only aiming for 250hp if possible. I don't want to play around with the IP just yet. I will send Hario a PM now though. Thanks Smile
