larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

that engine always had pressure in the radiator from i fitted it, now that i think it came from car with burst radiator, i will pull head off and see whats going on.
So how did it go?

making this myself, i think an actuator type will open too quickly and give a power dip.
also made aluminium cone for dual plenum,

the flap is not working for me as the supercharger is big enough to supply the turbo with air, the turbo wont suck it open as it doesn't need any more air, this is making too much heat and boiling my engine
no real design, just a flat plate on a hinge inside

Too much boost from m112 its making boiling engine?
Maybe bigger intercoller?
ist the flap sealed or well matched with the case that the pressure does not escape?

How did you know where you needed to chop the tranny bellhousing to get the correct clearances? Custom shaft? Would be pretty cool to see a whright up on it! Thank you
