Why do you want to go with 7,5mm elements? You Can get 200hp with stock 6mm i think....
I have a C250 TD with om606 turbo (kkk14) and a remap of sean, everything else is stock. I´m currently looking to update my thread but no time :/
I didn´t dyno the car yet, but i did a acceleration battle against my brothers e36 328 touring (193hp) and my w202 was slightly faster with 1,7 bar boost. So i think i should have passed the 200hp goal.

I want to get rid of the electric pump. 7,5mm elements would really easily do the 85cc, and if later my medicine rolls away, I will need just a new adjustment on the pump.

Easiest way to handle the shutdown in a regular car is to have a 3 way solenoid valve and plumb it so that the shutdown diaphragm is connected to vacuum when no power is applied, but vented to atmosphere when you power it up. Another possibility is to mount a valve in the cabin to draw vacuum on the diaphragm.

Could you help me with a wiring diagram, so I could see where to connect this valve? What is your suggestion regarding this valve?

So do these pumps need vacuum to shut the fuel off??
Or vacuum to have it running??
Sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm new to these engines and pumps.

They need vacuum to shut the fuel off, so if your brake booster develops a leak the engine won't shut off.
