My litle daily car project. I use om606 turbo and om606 6mm elements. I made costum exhoust manifold, 3` stainlesteel exhoust pipe and 2,5` stainles steel intake pipes.

Cooling ok with fan spacing and no shroud?



Installed:
OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.

Very nice car!
Did you do anything to internals since i´ve read the where little weak for tuning? What gearbox and clutch are you running?

I think about 120kw 300nm. Use w124 e230 clutch, gearbox is 190E usual 5 gear manual. It is stock engine, but now i try to build stronger engine, use om605 connecting rod and bigger elements. I built last summer too one w124 606 hx40 superturbo.
