Hello, I am a Friend of Robin (User E300d) who's account is offline / has been deleted?!

Last year we had the problem that he didn't get more than 1 bar boost.
Problem is now solved, as barrote stated correctly that it didn't got enough fuel.
Now he has a bigger e-pump (5bar, flows mor than 260l/hr) and FPR set to 1.5 bar and a normal "straight through" banjo bolt.
Also upgraded to better valve springs.
Engine / car ran fine.
After rebuild more than 700km, then we started to turn up the boost. Car really pulled strong and ran flawless. Did a 200km trip with breaks and all, car started always without any hassle.
Yesterday, a day after the trip, it started normally... idled for about 20secs and then died / shut down. Didn't start. Opened the hood and noticed oil and the screw from injector #4 and some drops sprinkled around it.
Opened all hard lines, let the engine turn over some time. No oil in line or anywhere else to see. Only diesel as it should.
Put all together, tried to start...after some tries it turned on but idled really rough and died again.
With some throttle it seemed to smoothen above 1000rpm, but at idle it died again.

Got no clue. Can some injector be stuck or seized or broken that no diesel gets into cylinder #4?

We will now try to pull all injectors and let them tested / pressurized. Are there any upgrades to make to make the engine run better / cooler or to prevent further problems?

Any help is appreciated.
Also posted on facebook. But don't know if everyone from here is also there. Thats why I posted here also.

Thanks in advance, Sebastian
