Hi all,

I have a w202 c250td with a ebay T04e turbo & sean tracy stage 2 ecu remap and straight through exhaust

Had it on the dyno and it only made 146hp at the rear wheels and the air fuel ratio was extremely lean

It feels extremely asthmatic and does not blow any smoke at all.

I have ordered a new lift pump & injector pump timing tool to check the timing

Have also replaced the fuel filter.

Unplugging the MAP sensor makes the car barely drive, so I think it is still okay

Any advice will be much appreciated

Measure voltage at the map sensor under full boost.
It's making more power than stock.
But something is not right.
Try a new map sensor or fit an electric pump to the fuel feed.

Remove any airfilter and test also

Thanks Sean, what voltage should it be showing?

Are aftermarket MAP sensors okay? Genuine is like $180usd even with my discount

You done need genuine.
part number: 011 542 07 17

You want to see upto 4.4v for 1.65-1.7 bar boost.
