Hey Guys,

Could someone tell me what the proper way is to connect the leather shift boot to the wooden center council cover? (Manual Transmission). I'm from the land of slushbox w124's. I've only seen the automatic "style" covers with the plastic trim around the shifter. Do the OEM manual cars have a different piece of trim that the rubber boot can attach to? Small stuff, but it's the little details that count!

Thanks

Ok so I think this may be the part I'm looking for (item 164 in the EPC). EPC shows it sandwiched between the shift boot and the shifter mechanism itself. Photo below. This look familiar to anybody?
