Hello

Im from sweden so i apologise if the spelling or some words might be wrong. I have build a om603 super turbo. 7.5mm diesel meken pump whit outside Alda. The timing on the pump is 12 deg atdc. I have build a extractor manifold and the turbo is a brand new Holset Hx35 super whit #12 exhausthouse. Front mounted intercooler and new silicon hoses. I have made a leaktest on the turbo system and no leaks were found. Now to the problem, i get no booost in the car, max boost is 0.2-0.3, the wastegate is unplugged so it shall be plenty of boost, but nothing. The car starts fine, no white smoke on idel, feels-strong from the bottom and all the way up in the register, but no boost, i have tried adjust the Alda for more diesel, its smoke very black but no boost. Anybody who has an idea of whats its wrong!!?? I really need help whit this!!

make sure there are no exhaust leaks before the turbo. also what is the exhaust past the turbo? if the exhaust is too restrictive past the turbo it can cause boost issues.

85 300D om617: 8mm M pump 175cc 5200rpm, holset he221w @ 30psi, large A2W ic, compounds on the way.

it should have 1 bar fuel pressure at the pump at full throttle. but you have black smoke which says its getting fuel. hows the oil feed to the turbo? and the oil return? is there any play in the turbo shaft? whats your air filter like?

You got that problem from start or did the problem come later?

Try to rotate pump to fore start, Dieselmeken has 8-10deg, but should not be a big difference...either timing. bent or clogged fuel lines or diesel filter. check your lift pump also, they can give up also. 99% shure thats not a big and expensive problem.

Cheers
