How much boost can i put in to my om603? It has homebuilt extractor, hx35 #12 separate 50mm wastegate. 3" exhaust. 7.5mm pump. Is it safe whit 1.5 bar?

It will be fine. Boost at that level is only while you accelerate. Once you get to speed it will settle to much lower level as demand for fuel will be less.
