Here are my OM606 with self builded Pump (own testbench), the Pump is set on my own settings with big Elements (-;

The HP is setted on 177HP and tourge on 330Nm, or a bit more
the engine is running to 3500rpm, not more, the G-Wagon just run 123km/h.
Sounds and looks good. What size elements? Could we get more info on your build? Will it be intercooled in the truck?

The Pump work with 9mm elements, I don’t want to mount an intercooler on, because I think I don’t need it and I don’t have space.
The injection nozzle inlets, are also special parts, not Bosch or what else.
I don’t have done a „kick down“ ( I don’t know the English word) I‘ve go slowly to 3500 rpm.
What the 606 made at full fast load, I don’t know, I was scared (-;

Thanks, the engine runns very well (-; The 9mm elements are developed by myself, to get the best performance.
What amount of Diesel i put i is a secret, yes, but i still say, it is not so much (-;
The best performance you get, when you set up your pump as a unique product. Not so much black smoke, with big power.
I tested the 606 on a lownly road, the speeding up to 100km/h was faster then the E300TD W210 serie with 1000kg less. All components are basic.
And the Pump is a soft setup.
The use of Diesel for 100km are 7 liters at the moment, my aim is 6 liters.

For the Cylinder bore. 2/100mm bigger then 87,000. so like new
The bigger one has an other mark, so it’s also new
Next week, before the 606 goes to one engine, a OM603.972 with a 22er head goes into parts.
From this engine I need the Oilpan and Oilpump.

The OM606 from the post from 09.09.20 is also assembled, but it isnt a 3,0 liter, it is a 3,5Liter OM606 (-;
