Norwegian OM606 build
Norwegian OM606 build
Hi, not much have happend here
My friend needed my clutch for his car, so i need a new one.
It will be a 3 or 4 plated clutch.
Dieselpump will proberly be modified one more time, we will see if we can breake that 300cc barrier.
Maybe there will be a chassis change, but this is secret for now
I recently bought a house, with 3 garages. One of them is beeing enlarged to 75kvm ( alot of work).
So i have enough room for my projects now
Will update as soon as i have something interesting for you
New car will be picked up next week...This one will be the first of its kind with a diesel engine in! Haters gonna hate

Welded axels
Then i macined the weld down to the same diameter as the axel. Then i press a pipe/bushing over the joint and weld that one as well. Now the joint it self are stronger than the axel.
Here is to finished axels, and you see the pipe i welded over the joint.
Finished axels
25mm with 102mm cv-joint vs 32mm axels with 125 cv-joint
I have a question regarding these half shafts. AFAIK the w124/201 are 25mm and w140 are 27mm so which chassis they are out of? as these are 32mm

Somes W124 uses 32mm driveshafts, M104 engines with manual trans, 95mm bolt circle CV joints diff side. However SL500 R129 chassis uses 25mm driveshafts with the big CV joints diff side, I think are 102,5mm bolt circle.
