01-23-2021, 03:14 PM #1Can anyone tell me where to look for a compressor housing that may have an outlet connection more friendly to aftermarket IC boost piping? Mine has a plug-in oring connection used on the om648 w211 and to get a hose to stay over it with a t-bolt clamp is not good and slips off. Friction is not a sufficient clamping system for it.

01-23-2021, 11:51 PM #2Id recommend buying a piece of tubing at whatever diameter you want with the bead rolling on it and just cut the end off and weld it to the compressor outlet. I get the sections from siliconintakes.com

01-25-2021, 10:17 PM #4I rcently bought a Miller MIG welder with an aluminum wire spool gun so I guess it's time to try it out.

01-28-2021, 10:48 PM #5I went ahead and ordered the oe plastic silencer the W211 had on the compressor outlet. will try that b4 I start modifying the outlet.
