Hello! My first post here. I have om605 w202. At the moment i have Sean Treacy ECU and k14 turbine from om606. Want some more hp and as fast as possible spool so i want to make hybrid turbine from k14 and next step is remove thermo fan and run only electric fan. But what about turbine what size intercooler i have to use? and what diametr piping is better for this setup? Same question about exhaust piping? Huh Huh
Thank you.

Hi, stock piping should work fine with that setup. As you can get 200-250 hp from 6mm pump & 606 turbo. Bigger fmic can help with hot air cooling better than OEM

Does your setup already have an intercooler? If not, then a decent size front mount intercooler is your best bet for improving spool and HP.  The biggest that you can easily find and fit well in your car.

As far as pipe sizing, I would worry more about good fitment and smooth bends.  For ~250hp a 2.25" intake & 2.5" exhaust should be plenty.  2.5" intake & 3" exhaust might technically be better, but I you would have a hard time noticing and it would be that much more difficult to fab/fit well.
