15" Millie Miglia Bello's with a generic set of tires on them. The wheels will need to be refinished. I received them in this condition. No idea on what happened.
Tires have a lot of tread on them. No cracks or bends.

I honestly have no idea what happened to these. I don't know if a raccoon was trying to huff paint and did this or what honestly. Last owner said this is how he had them and then promptly removed them for a different set. They can be saved.
