what cars hasd 6 speed stick shift?
I'm debating installing a 6 speed in my 190dt but I'm not sure when they started or what cars they were in, anyone know?
M111 W203 C230K 01-03 bolts onto the OM60X engines no idea what kind of power it will take though. The technical challenges are the dual-mass flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and the crazy shifter.
I did some digging, and I think there is an easy way for a 6 speed.
So I found this guy that said he did this to a M102 in a W201.

and it seems that you can easily probably get a 2.5TD dual mass flywheel shipped from the UK. Maybe find a member or extended friends or family to help.

And for the clutch, clutch net will make anything.
The shifter might take some finicking but you could probably get it to just work as this guy did. Sort out the clutch line, get a new pilot bearing in the flywheel, oh and get the front half of a C230K 02-04 (just checked it again) of the drive shaft to modify the custom driveshaft length.
Well that's what I came up with this guy says he's putting down 518nm on his box, turbocharged gasser.
FYI dual mass flywheel transmissions have a short input shaft and the pilot bearing is in the flywheel not the crankshaft.
I got a single mass flywheel from a sprinter van 2.2cdi from eBay in England that upgrades from a dual mass flywheel so it works with the shorter input shaft. with out the dual mass expense or hassle.
and I got my 6spd transmission from a 2001 c230 kompressor
