One cylinder sleeve was bored and resleeved to standard bore. One rod and piston was replaced with factory Mercedes parts.
I have all new gaskets to reassemble engine. Engine is like brand new, you can't even see the replaced sleeve. Crankshaft is perfect as well as all bottom end parts.
Engine is complete with turbo, wire harness and computer, less alt. and starter.
Engine was meticulously disassembled, all parts and hardware are bagged and marked, as well as photos of the disassembly. Engine can be reassembled on request, but was left dissembled for inspection.

2007 Mercedes E320 V-6 turbo diesel engine, was a warranty engine from a Mercedes dealer. Engine had 25,000 miles on it when it scored a cylinder wall. Engine was dissasembled and inspected.
