My project would have been an 124 MB E class with 613 engine with one or two VE pump with an quite "big" VGT turbo. But it seems to have problem with registration, therfore only the engine will be ready and may it would build into an G mercedes, but it would not be an offroad style.

08-17-2013, 08:06 AM #12That is pretty cool. Have you done this before? Do the injector tips and seals all work fine? Lastly why not just use a om606 instead if you do not want common rail?

Not, yet. I mean with VE pump. I transformeted VP pump to VE pump. (mitsubichi denso, opel bosch, mercedes lucas pump )
I use only the injector house of 2,5 V6 TDI.
Off course the OM606 is very good, but direct injection is better so, I use it.
