OM617 turbo achievable torque levels?

M injector pump from N/A 617 massaged by dieselmeken - $$$$
intercooler
EGR block off
etc.........
It seems from what I have read, the stock torque levels for this engine are around 170 fl-lbs.
For those of you who have actually jumped through these hoops, at least the M IP redone by dieselmeken, what kind of torque figures are you seeing?
Also, when researching this question, I did come across this post which suggest possible torque levels, but nothing solid is provided.

I have spent a lot of time going through the archives, and I have see quite a few similar post indicating that 170-200 hp is possible (depending on who's post you believe) after the typical low hanging fruit, including:

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?
Simpler=Better
