Does anyone know whether or not the clutch kits for the 240D will work with the 300D with a five speed?

I know that when 240Ds had a manual transmission, they were four speeds generally, but I have heard they came with a five speed manual transmission also but rare.

I am looking to swap out my five speed manual transmission (which is mated to a OM617.9XX), and I am thinking this would be a good time to replace the clutch and pressure plate, and anything else that gets replaced.

Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance !
