W124 , HX35 without WG +dieselmeken 7.5mm elements 105ccm
W124 , HX35 without WG +dieselmeken 7.5mm elements 105ccm
Deat friends
I have put together a project of w124 with a turbo i got new for 250 euro- HX35 without waistgate.
I installed it without intercooler.
Than i have put in dieselmeken 7.5mm elements in a rebuild pump.
Questions.
I would like not to acced 2 bar. Its too much for the headgasket I hear.
Please confirm that with 105ccm it should be safe.
I dont plan intercooler or exhaust mods. I would like original gearbox to last. Its going to be a sleeper. Car to drive to work or some highway fun.
I will consider selling it if i dont get rid of w210 first
om603?
Without intercooler and stock exhaust you will get extreme heat problems. Dot go over 1.5 Bar! I think without wastegate you will get a massive problem.
Its really about how you drive the car. if you only accelerate one or two gears it may be okay, but high speed testing or driving full throttle for more than 10 seconds in high gears will be deadly.
My friend drove with hx35 and 3" selfmade exhaust, without intercooler at 1.5 bar (140cc) and he destroyed two 603 heads in a row. (both stock turbo engines)
yes. But I have only 105ccm ...
The power is the product of the amount of fuel,
More fuel creates more power.
More power creates more boost.
The turbo will not pump more than 1.5 bar, even if turbo is capable, if there is not enough fuel going in.
Is it correct ?
Your friend had HX35 and 140ccm of fuel =1.5 boost
I have 100-110 ccm of fuel and HX35.= ??? potential boost with no WG??
What the maximum boos he could have delivered , was 1.5 set on WG, what was the max he could have done ?
I'll do 30% less, if i dont increase fuel amount.
