W201 190D 2.5L 5 cyl Turbo Diesel - Looking for OUTSIDE PASSENGER SIDE AIR INTAKE SLIT SCOOP

I saw a guy driving with one, it was like a hood scoop for air intake that attached to outside of the 5 slits to scoop air.

Any one know where I can get one for reasonable price new or used.

I'm in SoCal Los Angeles, CA AREA
