Ha ha , both i guess.
Can't increase fueling without software changes.
Hardware is needed too, like any other engine right?

You need the GT2260VKLR from a 260hp model with the turbo support for the water cooling.
Map and rail pressure sender from 250cdi
And a tuner who can make it work.
