I’ve got two w202 (his & hers) one a OM604 the other a OM605 none turbo the 605 has a misfire and is blowing back through the inlet on cylinder 5.
My dilemma is do I fix it assuming it’s hot a burnt valve,
But I own a OM662la and a OM606 but this is a bare engine with little on it.
Now do I just repair the valve issue on the 605 or rip the head of fix the issue and fit said head to the om662 bottom end.
Looking for thoughts
Many thanks in advance

There is no dilema in your idea...
Despite i've done it u wont be able to fit a 4 valve head in a 662 drop in. 662 is made of 602 moulds
So its necessary to cut and fix.
Any 605 is thouguer than any other boton in the series, despite the 605.96X the stronguest one.
