My w123's front right wheel is 1-2cm further front than the left wheel. Is this caused by damage or can it be adjusted via the support rod that adjusts caster too?

Suspension on that side sits a few cm lower than the left side too. I rebuilt the entire front suspension and saw nothing wrong with any parts
