new injector lines - HughF_UK - 09-10-2010
My 6 injector lines are all a bit burnt and rusty having been in the fire... where can I get new ones (apart from the main dealers)???
Also, does anyone know a part number for the plug that clips onto the glowplugs, if not, I'll thread them m4 and bolt on some ring terminals.

Why not sand/sandblast and paint the injection lines? Over here, the lines are $50 each at the cheapest. You can also try bending your own which is much cheaper but of course, much more challenging.
As for the GP terminals:
The plastic housing: A 019 545 54 28
The metal contact: A 003 545 26 26
Most MB connectors are completely servicable and "unsnap", allowing you to repair or replace only the part that's damaged.

Given that I have some very good contacts in a surface coatings/blasting/powder coating company, that would be the most sensible course of action, thanks!
I'll price up the 12 bits I need to make a glowplug harness
