clutch problem - hansebanger77 - 11-11-2010 hi I'm new here. and finally I have the right forum. have a 92 w124 300d injection pump modified Holset hx 50 ... the clutch was always bad and even more now. yesterday I bought a new sachs clutch. installed. and that is exactly like the shit on it with 240000km. I can modify the printing plate or the clutch? or what clutch kit can be installed to bring the high torque on the ground? thank you Hansmann RE: clutch problem - hansebanger77 - 11-13-2010 engine 603. has no experience with it? I need another flywheel? What's appropriate because where the 5 speed transmission fit? RE: clutch problem - hansebanger77 - 11-15-2010 what do the boys of dieselbooset? who also have 5 speed manual, so there must be a solution? no one has a mail address of those? or here everyone is going with an automatic transmission? thx RE: clutch problem - ben2go - 11-15-2010 Try this thread http://www.superturbodiesel.com/std/found-a-true-performance-clutch-t-1020.html RE: clutch problem - winmutt - 11-17-2010 The sprinter clutch I have heard is a solution. What about the turbo Gwagen? I used a gwagen clutch for my 123 and its a dream compared to the 190e clutch on the 103 flywheel that I have. There is a datasheet of pressure plates / models for the w123, I have been looking for the same for the w124.
