I think I'll try and get my torque converter to stay with this old trans.
Save the trans and scrap the shortblock.
Any pics or info on what is connecting the converter to the crankshaft?
I'll have a look at it in a while, maybe it's easy just thought I would put this here.

Six bolts holding the converter to the flexplate. I don't remember what size, haven't messed with those in a while.

15 or 17mm I think.
