RE: M and MW pump Delivery Valve difference - dieselmeken - 03-31-2014 (03-31-2014, 03:39 AM)cho hi guysNo you cant use MW deliveryvalves in M-serie. Dont fit. M-serie can be used in MW but they have not the correct outside diameter so you need some kind oring that puts the valve in centre of the element. RE: M and MW pump Delivery Valve difference - cho - 03-31-2014 . thanks G. RE: M and MW pump Delivery Valve difference - cho - 04-03-2014 .. while we are on DV topic,..last time when I changed my DV's on MW pump after taking DV holder off fuel was squirting like 15 minutes.. 0.5L went out... I watched Goran's video on dv change (om602 I think...) and there was no fuel at all....is this normal or I hit some weird tdc angle...? . RE: M and MW pump Delivery Valve difference - Tito - 04-03-2014 I was messing around with my pump last week and when I took of the pre pump, fuel kept dripping from the fuel lines. I think this is from the fuel tank as the heat expands it a little bit. I don't know if there's a little hole for the air to enter the tank. If so than it's probably because my tank sits behind the back seat and was nearly filled. And the pump sits lower than the fuel level. RE: M and MW pump Delivery Valve difference - cho - 04-04-2014 . hmmmm...yes...maybe next time I have to pinch fuel supply line to prevent fuel squirting..... |
