hello im planing to put a getrag gearbox into my w124 300d turbo.now i have the 722.3 stock gearbox...
what parts i need to make the swap?i whant to keep whith the same diff... can i use the same transmition shaft?

If Getrag with 1:1 5th gear, then the original diff ratio is good. The manual trans will be shorter, requiring a longer drive shaft.
Single mass flywheels work with single mass transmissions, dual mass flywheels work with dual mass transmissions. The Getrag 5 speeds came in both flavors.

can i use single mass or dual mass depending the the car it come ou i can use dual mass in all getrag?
what is max power that gearbox can handle?

The 717.404 is single mass, 717.450 is dual mass
