CC for low idle - dieseltorque - 01-11-2023 Hello diesel guys! I know it's a big secret, but I'll take a try,,, I have a DIY pump PES 4M 60C 320 RS 185 with bigger elements, phasing is done, as well as balancing is no problem. Rsf governor setup without modifications. Question is how many cc we should set for low idle? As far as I know its some where 8-12 cc at 350-370 rpm Thanks in advance! RE: CC for low idle - Petar - 01-17-2023 Sadly very few people know and of those few even fewer are willing to share. The best info i've got comes from the STT turbo kit for OM617 instructions http://www.superturbodiesel.com/std/attachment.php?aid=688 It says 7cc at 6.5mm rack travel at 350 pump rpm. OM60x might be slightly lower cc than 617 due to smaller displacement per cylinder RE: CC for low idle - dieseltorque - 01-23-2023 (01-17-2023, 02:16 AM)Petar Sadly very few people know and of those few even fewer are willing to share. We got approximate 8-9 cc low idle as there is small disorder between elements. So far engine works very good,, |
