Hi everyone,
I have W202 C-klasse´98 250TD with OM605 (150hp), 290 000km, in good condition.
I want to increase engine power on about +-250hp, max 300hp with low or no smoke.
What I have to do for it (turbo,...)? I like HX35, but I am afraid of spool in 2000-3500rpm. I am daily driver.

250hp shouldn't be difficult with that turbo, plus a bunch of supporting parts (pump, intercooler, manifolds, etc).
Yes. You won't get more than 175hp worth of fuel without upgrading them.

After a few days searching on internet..I found 2 ideal turbocharger for 250-300hp on OM605.
