Yikes! If the scavenge-charger belt breaks, it stops... Maybe it's not dependent on it in this case...

You'd still be able to glide a couple miles to find a road to land on. Its not uncommon to hear of a private plane landing in the middle of highway traffic, its happened a few times since I've lived here.
