Where do I get nozzles for my 617?
The auto stores don't look like they can get any.
Bosch, Monarch, Bosio... Whatever do you think is the best place to order them for price/performance.
also, what else will I need to complete the switch?
Crush washers for the fuel lines?
Heat shields?
where do I get those?

I got the monarch nozzles off of eBay and they worked great!
So, what are the model numbers for the monarchs?
the bosch is
W0133-1622930
These nozzles surely come in different sizes.
What about the washers for the hard fuel lines. Are they just called crush washers? I can't seem to find those.
Found the heat shields they are part
W0133-1643266
I think they are the same thing just called different names by different people!

M.B. used a variety of nozzles in the OM.61x series engines.
Early 2.2L N/A used DNOSD220 or DNOSD1510
Mid 70's and early 80's 2.2 and 2.4 engines used either DNOSD220 or DNOSD240, they seem to have dropped the (Noisy) DNOSD1510 around this time
Mid 80's to 85 617 used the 'updated' DNOSD240/A
85 to end of production run of 617 (mid 90's?) for 'G' wagen used DNOSD261 and DNOSD265 for late engines.
Ive been using some DNOSD327 to Very good effect in my N/A 617. Been in there now for around 8 thousand miles, Very quiet and low smoke when tested (And the pump has been turned up!)
I had around 20 from a diesel-place that closed locally, and they are NOS Bosch, made in France in little yellow cardboard boxes and covered in hard brown plasticy wax stuff
They seem to have slightly more torque at low-revs than the old 265/240 types, and similar to the 261 type used in G-wagen 617.
