I offer short run and one-off machining services, CAD services, electronics prototyping, design, and fabrication services, as well as general consulting in the electrical and mechanical fields.

Get me a datasheet, and I'll see what I can do. I can reflow most leaded packages, but I'm just getting the hang of BGA.
Is it a pre-made shield with a footprint, or would I have to get one made?

To the oil filter plate guys.
I've got the basic design finished, still have to get a stock quote.
winmutt, think we can split all the oil filter relocation posts into another thread for clarity?

I've got a reflow oven, I'm just not that good at BGA yet. I can also hand solder tssop, chiped a few PS2's with Kynar wire as well. :p
I reflowed my sisters laptop in the oven the other day!
Hehe, oven reflow.... what temp ya have it at? :p
Shoot me a PM with more info, looks to be very easily done.
8 min @ 385 Degrees IIRC
Probably worth doing a run of 10 if its cheaper. I am sure others here an on the other boards would be interested. I dont think Brian Carlton is selling his anymore.
I could likely do a batch, 1/4 or 3/16 plate is all that's needed for the intake side, the exhaust side is the tricky part, but I can get it to behave.
I have no need for the exhaust side. What has been done in the past is to take a simple piece of sheet metal and drive it over the pipe with a slightly larger id pipe and then use the stock clamp.
That makes my job that much easier!
I'll start in on that once this plate run is finished.
