hello guys

I'm looking for a suitable turbo for my 603
I currently have a "HX50""where I realized too late that it is not original.
This should be the data

Compressor: 86.1mm Inducer

Exducer 77mm

Turbine: 99mm inducer

Exducer 63mm

comes at 4000 rpm... that's funny that power. but too late

now I'm looking for a suitable turbo starts the past but still making performance and durability. cheap would be greatSmile

http://cgi.ebay.de/Holset-HX50-Turbolade...eile_Zubeh% C3% B6r & hash = item3364c3752b

what could be a HX35? ist it to small?

he should make 400HP

thx!

oh i see a sls pump, what chassis is this 603 in.

400hp might be to small for a hx35, try looking for the hx40 8 blade. Should be able to reach your goal with that turbo.

where did you take the turbo oil supply from??
What did you modify on your IP?
Did you use the original exhaust manifold?
Depending on what you did on the pump, I'd first try this turbo with larger element pump. Spools faster and you will need it anyway.

It is a pump with a 7 mm elements of PP diesel from finland.

yes I think also a hx40 would be optimal.
but a turbo-specialists in my region, believes that the hx40 would fit, but the "wave"? "shank"? (sorry dont know the right word) is too weak. its breaking to fast at 2 bar boost pressure. now I'm not sure ...

Directly from the oil filter housing. with a T piece to the oil pressure switch
* 7mm elements
* Yes, unfortunately. I am not able to build myself a self. u buy? where?Huh
* The pump is enough to make diesel 400hp. the turbo spools at 4000 rpm. thus have a very narrow rpm band.Dodgy

btw the turbo has a T6 Flange and has 18kg ist verry big
thx

There is a hx40 with a t3 flange available. I wouldn't trust those cheap china knock offs.

hallo alex Smile kennen wir uns? Smile

who knows someone selling one hx40 flange with T3?

the Holset seller in Austria will assemble with a 16cm housing (too large?) and a compressor side with a large bandwidth and a wastgate. but can cost up to 850 €. is this normal?
He says there are 100 varieties of hx40.
ebay is an original (no china crap) for € 477.?
but I think the shipping is expensive. and slow.?

omg are these procedures.
I will only buy a single turbo, which should fit ...

Not quite.

Compressor
63mm Inducer
99mm Exducer

Turbine
86.1mm Inducer
77mm Exducer

Quote:what could be a HX35? ist it to small?
he should make 400HP
HX35 would be fine for that. HX40 would work but still be very slow to spool.

turbo is fit good with the t3.

the turbine housing is the smalest he coud get for the hx40. testdrive: spool at 3000rpm verry fast. its nice to drive.

if someone could tell me now, what can I take for single mass flywheel'?? ...in another thread of me...

that I can customize a proper clutch. to get the power on the weels

I can finally be upload a video where the rear axle begging for help

Hansebanger--I need to get a turbo. Your turbo works great so...I'll copy you if you don't mind! and get something similar. As you know, the Holset HX40W comes in many variations. Do you know the exact specifications of you turbo setup?

-how many blades?
-60mm or 56mm?
-16cm?
-T3?

Do you have the exact Holset part number?

How about your KKD manifold...did they do anything special with it? Thanks...More videos please haha
