Cheap digital oscilloscope.
I found this puppy for cheap :

$50 made by JYE tech.
Wow, that's nice! I've been thinking I should get something to diagnose and trace the various signals coming fromthe ECU onthe car...
I ordered the kit from these people:
www.nkcelectronics.com
Same stuff and prices just not the $40 to ship that little thing from China!
I bought the kit for $35 + $4 for shipping.

Well... Sad to say that as perfectly as I followed the Chinese instructions and as carefully as I placed and soldered every connection and every component, it will not boot up...
There are several release notes but sometimes the language is like a double negative and it's hard to figure out what they're saying...
I did notice that some of the components were getting kind of warm so maybe one of the capacitors that I was supposed to reverse got reversed twice.
Bummer...
I got mine in the mail this weekend. Rand duct tape around the sides to seal up the places where fingers might go and it works pretty good. The sensor input plug (RCA) is wiggly or something so it doesnt work 100% but when it does it certainly does the job. As I mentioned in the vnt controller thread, my arduino was outputting PWM at 7.1ms..
Fixed mine. Improved the solder joints connecting the diaplay board to the main board and it's good to go now.
Doubt this will be as cheap but god is it sexy!
