Are the metal parts damaged or just the rubber? You can carefully dremel off the rubber lines and replace them with regular hydraulic hose from NAPA.

these are starting to leak where the rubber meets the metal. not sure i am confident retrofitting the hydraulic lines.

You and get nippes to screw into your oil filter house thing that you can pair up those lines with. I would get bigger lines than stock. bigger lines bigger flow
