I bought from Erling666 from this forum.
some pictures will be coming later, and I will keep you posted on the build
now I'm only driving with stock OM603 IP and an Holsett HX35 too begin with, just welded a T3 flange to the original manifold
Woo Hoo! Looking forward to seeing this project!
Ultimate conversion in my mind!

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?
Awesome!! That's a tight clearance for the turbo, have you considered putting some kind of a heat shield in there?

yes, I'm workin LATE houers, fortunely i don't start before 8.30 at work, but i work on my car from 5 too 01:30-02:00
I dont need too, I have fixed the problem, I had sett the timing att the pump to 15 BTDC instead of 15 ATDC :p
So, all i need now is too make a throttle wire
Have you checked the clutch cylinder for play? Maybe the cylinder is not freeing the pressure plate
Wow that looks so incredibly simple! What kind of clearance issues did you have? Were the motor mounts a big issue?
(12-17-2012, 10:14 AM)Ksteen2 so, to day I have orderd some element for my fuel pump, from Dieselkontor.de
they got all i needed for the pump
hope they show up before christmas

I really dont know what they are from, it's something they sell In germany..
and it's labbled for Mercedes M pump with ann Merdedes parts number..

(12-20-2012, 10:10 AM)erling66 I think you should try to install them yourself but not without a bench for adjustment of fuel delivery. Maybe you will have good results and can prove them wrong Remember they are Bosch and they are build for a TRANSIT so I am sure they are great

yes I will buy and mount them, but I'm not intrested in 500cc's this time, I have sendt a Pump to PP diesel for that..
Im just looking for better performance for may daliy driver, and when a am done with the restorations I will butt on a larger turbo and moooore fuel
5 of 5 stars. thats really awesome, even if my english sucks att best :p
but, the car i working preatty good, just nead some more fuel, it isn't happy with so little fiel, only 5mm element with MAX adjustet pump :p
try to get some 6mm elements from Erling soon.. so 7mm in January or somthing
happy holidays diesel freaks
now, let's do a little update here..
I've bought a new 6 speed tranny for it, a small but usefull intercooler and new front disc's, all from Erling66, thanks for the parts, and a nice merch talk
I have orderd some flanges for a Manifold, so I'm also going to weld that thing togheter (looking forward to it)
and build a manifold with T6 flage and a BW KKK 31 or 29 in the en of it, pulse split also,
then mount the new 7,5mm pump from PP and the 6 speed, might gotten my hand on a torqe diff from Bakaksel.se also
soon some new pictures will be posted
(01-31-2013, 03:14 PM)bruno_pinho So did not buy the elements of dieselkontor?

Thats good thinking sliding it right in there. Do you have an air temp sensor to see how effective the intercooler will be?
Hi Kent
Looks like you are not going out of work for the next few months
Have you ordered a PP pump for your W123? 7,5 mm or 8,5 mm elements?
I think you should see how well the HX35 will work before you consider to put on the KKK K31.
Nice work on the IC, did you weld it yourself?
I've order the 7,5mm monthes ago, somthing went wrong with the payment, but now things are in shape the clerk told me
I am really Intrested in a 8,5
but I will see how the 7,5 fills my need for horse's and torqe..
I'm going to drive it with the HX35 a week or so, I assume it will be a little bit to small
I've seen then with 40's and so on, and thay really get going ;p
I'll se how it works in two weeks, if the pump has arrivde yet
and now, like it's not enough work on the prodject build, I need to get it PKK serified, or M.O.T as it's english word I think.
and its a hole lot of rust I've been welding in the floor section ;p
some pics of that will be posted soon
no Erlig, I welded the crack's in the dent myself, but the "shorting" of the IC, Dagestad maskinverksted did for me, a lokal
steel chop neer by.
I did not take the chance of ruining it, couse it's the only one I've found that fits like this :p
so, now I'm going home to sleep and continue tomorrow
K31?!??!! That turbo is massive for a little om606.
Twins?
If i recall correctly a K31 has a 71mm inducer.

yes, it has a 71mm inducer, but i've seen them run with turbos as big or bigger
