so tomorrow (thursday)
it will be runed in bench, and hopefully it will be ready for the weekend
untill i get the kompressor and the PPD pump in about 1,5 week

I'm woundering if some one knows how to transform the electrical trigger for the speedometer to an analog with wire??
are there some "computer box's"?
I work att a local AM car Shop in Norway, so we ship from USA to Norway, every 14 days, and I am woundering If someone

I don't know what feedpump I'm going to use when my PPD pump get's home..
I was thinking maybe feed pump from Chevrolet Tahoe 6.5TD or somthing..
Is that pump big enough?
Buy one 044 pump (biltema), have a friend that uses one of these on my old 140cc pump with good results! He dont even have an pressure regulator I would recomend a pressure regulator

after much s**t with Posten norge, finaly i pick up my pump today,
i will post some pictures and startup video later to day
IT'S ALIVE!
in the video the magnet to the Idle was broken, but changed it, and then i worked, but still, idle is like a heavely tuned petrol car, like a smal 4 cyl with verry sharp cam shaft.
so tha ignition must be wrong, but it's about 25-26 deg ATDC
can some one help me with this one, I work until 3 in the morning with wrok att 8:30 today.. I'm exhausted..
but it att least started :p

now I've Emailed Pasi att PPD, and he said that the pump is at almost it's minimum, OH GJEEZ..
I thougt it was awesome now, what'a hell will happen when I get a bigger turbo and turne the pump up..

so tomorow i will try a holsett with 16cm house, but there is no number on the plate, so I don't know what it is yet :p
but I'll try to fin out, but I hope it will work properly
it's from a Scania truck, so it's propably a HX40/50/52
but, it will work better then the k31 with 22cm housing :p

I've found out that it's a HX52-W with 16cm housing :p
and it spools preatty fast, next jobb is fitting the compressor )

Yesterday, I was driving on a track, with mye "best friends" the police and the NPRA, hoho :p
It was on the local NAF track, it's a smooth execution path, and here is a picture from the time attack
I was number 8, the first 2wd car att all, everyone over me was 4wd, thats pretty good :p

does any one know what a original 230mm clutch from a W124 300D holdes?
it's holding my 2 bar att HX52 turbo and burnout 1 and 2'nd gear, no problem att all.
probably hold the original clutch for a while, until it begins to slipp :p

the HX35 gave to much back pressure ;p
so i've put on the HX52, but still strugeling with back pressure :o
should be able to pass 2 bars with it :o
You dont have backpressure problems with the hx52, that i can tell you There problem with max 2 bar must be somewhere else...
so now, I've found out that my silencer was the cause, and now the clutch is slipping on 3-4-5th gear, and about 2,6-2,7 bar of boost with the HX52, now i just need a even bigger feed pump :p
might use 12mm fuel line ass well :p
but first, I need a better clutch and pressure plate :p
You are doing well my friend the first indication that you are getting some real power: the clutch cant handle it anymore
When is the HX52 starting to spool? Would you say that a hx52 is an ok turbo for a daily driver or is there very little power in the 1500-2500 range?
And come on, kick your lazy friends out in the cold weather to make a video of you driving by
the HX52 is just an awesome turbo, begins spool att about 2-2500 and fukk bust about 3500
you definitly need a compressor att low rpm if you don't want a black smoke tunnel behinde you :p
and for the first time, a sliping clutch is a fun thing :p
oh, yes, I will do that some day, just need to find the spot :p
and first off all, get the pre-chamber tight'nd, it has begun leaking att cyl.6 :p
but soon, I'll get a friend to make a movie, and find my camera, and nip some fotos of how it looks to day :p

A little bit late of a reply, but I've heard the newer Fords also have a lift pump between teh tank and engine that's good for more fuel flow and can be spliced right in. I don't know the details offhand

and FYI, I've fitted a 3,5" DP an exhaust back to the rear axsel, an 3" from there, but I will be runnin straight pipe untill i find a silencer that don't create back pressure :p

Straight pipe is the way to go.
I've heard good things about "aero turbine" brand mufflers, they have straight through models

I used one of those for an x-fer pump for my WATF fuel setup. It's got a 10 micron fuel filter, a water in fuel sensor and the pump itself.
But how much does it deliver?
