Just get hold of manual brake and clutch pedals and swap it. It comes in one unit so it is easy to convert.

Started it today! Video is without inlet manifold.
Is it a bit noisy? Any suggestions on timing? What way should i move the pump?

Just mounted it as adviced at this forum with the "pump locker" tool, and sentered it so that the pump can be adjusted both ways.
Its not wery noisy in my opinion. Sounds almost the same as the 606.910 that stood there from factory.
I guess i will see it on the EGT's when i start driving.
Do you know where i can get one of those timing lights(tenningslampe) for these engines?

i should go verry quiet on idle, not much noise, you should hear the diesel knock, but i thought your's was a little loud :p

After a month of waiting in this project the boostpipes are finally finishedBig Grin Havent got the car home from the JAAS Performance workshop yet, but I'm back from my vacation on sunday and can't wait to see the result!! JAAS made a really compact system with a/w intercooler and orginal crossoverpipe from the 606.910. Pipes, comp. house and inletmanifold will hopefully be powdercoated this weekend:-)

Little updates here for a while now.. sorry for that! The car has been up and running now for a while and i must say i`m impressed of these engines! Third gear, 2 bar boost and it spins when you floor it! Megafun! Turbo spools a little late, so I'm gonna buy the 0.82 turbinehousing instead. Also change the gearbox to automatic again. Need cruise control and comfort in the dailydriverWink

will try to make a movie soon!
