We started work on the car on Wednesday afternoon and we finished on Tuesday night.
The funny thing is that the car began to burn less fuel. Well, but the injection pump is still stock

Now I changed to diesel fuel, immediately increased the pressure to 0.8 bar. I think the welds on the intake pipes are leaking, check on Monday.

I do not know the compression, I can only guess that the course of 450 + k km did his.

BTW wastegate is welded.

This is a low-budget project. Turbo was bought for 20 euros and it was not even checked before installation. As I wrote earlier intake is not completely sealed. Within a few days it will be corrected.

Welding the WG caused the turbine behaves like a petrol engine. You need to add a minimum of gas to clinch pompwać-even while aggressively reducing gear. Here is a video to the behavior of the turbine. Especially at the end as you can see at a speed of about 100km / h minimum addition of gas increases the pressure.

Smile) you can use westgate by other options, like control him with exaust manifold presure. if you get big beckpresure, you lose the power (cant boost more to the engine).

Wast with the turbo vacuum was controlled by a valve N75. I have a pressure relief control of another turbine. I think that in June will be all put together by the end.
